David came into us through our marketing mailers to people that own homes in our area but do not live in them full time, he had a tenant in the home and was now ready to move the property on as their lease was coming to an end. We worked with David for several months prior to listing the home to make sure all went smoothly with the tenant leaving and the house being left in good condition to sell. We priced the home at the top of the market and helped David negotiate contract and conditions of contracts and a final closing at a price and time to what the seller wanted.
