Paul & Sheila have been our clients for over 15 years when they first purchased this home and our relationship has been maintained for all that time, helping from time to time with matters on running their vacation home from afar. They have enjoyed the home as their girls have grown and now as the girls start to move away from home and the attractions around Central Florida no longer have the same draw to the family, it is time to move on and start new adventures. This was a tough decision for them as they love the house and it carries many happy memories for them. We sold the home at the peak of the market and when exchange rates were in their favor to take the funds home at top value, actually over what they expected, happy clients.
