An esteemed Orlando restaurant has gained national acclaim!

The Daily Meal recently unveiled its annual Best Casual Restaurants in America list, spotlighting top dining destinations from every state.

Highlighting a diverse range of eateries, The Daily Meal's list celebrates places where "the food is cheap and you'll feel right at home in jeans," from hot dog spots to taco joints and more.

In Florida, Orlando's renowned 4 Rivers Smokehouse claimed the top spot. The food site praised 4 Rivers, founded by barbecue expert John Rivers, for its exceptional barbecue offerings and unique backstory.

"4 Rivers is the brainchild of Florida barbecue master John Rivers, and since opening in October 2009, it has become incredibly well-respected, with nine operating smokehouses across the state," The Daily Meal noted.

Rivers' journey from a career in healthcare to mastering the art of barbecue resulted in a menu filled with delectable smoked meats like Angus brisket, St. Louis ribs, pork shoulders, and more. The restaurant's signature sandwich, the Texas Destroyer, is a fan favorite featuring smoked brisket, onion rings, jalapeños, melted provolone, and house barbecue sauce.

With eight locations in Central Florida, including two in Orlando, 4 Rivers Smokehouse continues to delight locals and visitors alike with its mouthwatering barbecue creations.
