Icon Park: Destination Days to feature other Florida cities in Road Trip game

Icon Park is set to bring attention to four different locations in Florida during August through their Destinations Days promotion held on weekends. This event, closely linked with the interactive Great Florida Road Trip game on the Wheel attraction, will kick off with Space Coast/Cape Canaveral Days on August 5-6.

During the Destination Days, visitors residing within the ZIP codes of the featured cities can enjoy $10 tickets for the Wheel. In addition, there will be informative booths presented by their respective convention and visitor bureaus, along with exciting raffles offering gift baskets representing these regions.

The upcoming weekends for Destination Days include Crystal River Days (August 12-13), Ocala Days (August 19-20), and Sarasota Days (August 26-27).

The Great Florida Road Trip game spotlights various locations within the state, allowing participants to virtually explore these destinations. The game involves players using a simulated infrared camera to identify 45 postcard-inspired markers visible from the 400-foot-tall Wheel. Moreover, players can learn intriguing "fun facts" about the cities. This engaging experience is hosted by a charming cartoon flamingo family. The Great Florida Road Trip initially launched at Icon Park, situated on International Drive, back in April.
